Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

A candidate has submitted an application, a member of the recruitment team will review the details and assess the suitability for the role.

If the candidate is shortlisted, we will invite them to a first round Zoom/Teams call.

We endeavour to respond to all applications, but we regret due to the high number of applications we receive, this may not always be possible.  
Stage 2

First stage interview - Zoom/Teams

The first round interview will take place on either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. It will consist of a general conversation about the role, the candidates CV  and getting to know each other.
This is also an opportunity for the candidate to ask any questions they might have about the role/company. 
Stage 3

Technical Task

The candidate has been successful at the first round interview, before moving to a face to face interview the candidate is required to complete a technical task which is related to the skill required for the job. 
Stage 4

Face-to-face Interview

This interview will take place at our office in XXX. This will consist of - 
  • A tour of the office 
  • Presentation of technical task 
  • Panel Interview 
Stage 5

Offer Accepted!

We have made an offer to a successful candidate and they have agreed to join the Team!
